In today’s busy schedule, we don’t get enough time for ourselves. In rush of doing our work we skip our breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should be taken properly and at proper time. Eating breakfast boosts our metabolism.

Eating Junk :

Junk food should be avoided as much as possible. You don’t know the preparation of the food we eat at restaurants. Home cooked meal is best as it is fresh and cooked nicely.

Excess Eating:

We should always eat food according to our need. Excess eating leads to accumulation of fat.

Fast Eating:

Eating food too fast can increase the fat in your body as when we eat food fast overrides the mechanism that sends signals to brain telling it stop eating and you are satisfied. After 30 minutes our stomach gets empty and get hungry again.
So, we eat again leading excess fat in our body.

Emotional eating:

When ever we are in sad or in depression we often over eat. This over eating should be avoided as it can only accumulate fat in our body.

Eating with distractions:

When we are eating food and simulatenously using phone or reading books, but unintentionally eat more food, as we are un aware of how much we have eaten.
